As I begin my fitness journey while working, mothering, and schooling, I embark on a fitness routine that will be doable with my schedule.  This blog reflects quick routines that will assist in the maintenance of a healthy body.

Routine Below:
*Before Bed
10 push ups
20 sits ups
*Rising
10 push ups
5 back lunges (each leg)
*Before Bed
15 push ups

30 sit ups

**Increasing count daily
